hmmmm......in my opinion, changes is up to the blogger....this is because that is your blogger...its ur right whether u want or u don't want to make changes to ur blog....for me, blogging is not about the background or anything, but its about what u write on ur blog...
3. Apakah komen anda tentang blog?
